SERVES: 2-3
NOTES: This dish is so flexible: utilize any steamed/roasted/grilled/ raw veggies you like, noodles of whatever persuasion you choose. However the sauce! Please keep the sauce:-RRB-

soba:
2-3 parts of soba noodles (I like a 1:1, often 1:2, noodle + veg ratio, however make as much as you choose)
